Solutions Engineer at Mighty AI

Mighty AI is a data management platform for autonomous vehicle perception data.  We provide all the software, expertise, and expert annotators needed to create ground truth datasets for vehicle perception models. We convert raw, unlabeled data into useful high-quality data, pairing machine learning with human intelligence to revolutionize how companies manage perception data and create ground truth data to train and validate their models. We are currently seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to help us delight our existing customers and onboard new customers. This position implements solutions in support of customer requirements using Mighty AI’s training data as a service platform.  The ideal candidate will have experience configuring and building software-based solutions for external customers.  They’re committed to winning in the innovative AI space and learning new skills along the way.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

·        Develop workflows and task designs on the Mighty AI platform support project specifications that insure the customer goals are met and our Community is leveraged effectively

 

·        Delight our customers by always delivering on-time and with high quality

 

·        Understand our technology and operate our administrative tools to onboard, integrate, and deliver for new and existing pilots & customers

 

·        Work alongside customers to support their onboarding in use of the Mighty AI platform and ensure their satisfaction with results

 

·        Learn and apply new platform features and capabilities as they are released

 

·        Participate in continuous improvement to our ability to deliver more efficiently and effectively over time 

 

·        Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and improve Mighty AI products and processes

 

 

Requirements /Experience

 

·        Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline

 

·        1 to 5 years of solutions implementation or customer success experience with a focus on enterprise software solutions (SaaS preferred)

 

·        Self-motivated and action-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment

 

·        Strong problem-solving skills

 

·        Team player – seeking assistance and support when needed and offering assistance and support when able

 

·        Great communication skills, working internally across the organization and externally with customers

 

·        Strong sense of accountability and ownership

 

·        Passion for technology and delivering technology-based solutions

 

·        Ability to travel up to 10%

 

 

  • Ability to be onsite the majority of the work week to insure collaboration with team members.
