  • Contributing to an internal Knowledge Base so that developers can quickly find answers to common questions.

Ideal candidates will:

  • Have experience providing “fanatical support” to developers, either in a customer success (Tier I/II technical support) or IT help desk role.
  • Have hands-on experience working with developers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to their laptop setup, local development environment or how their tests run on a CI system such as Jenkins.
  • Have great verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts in simple terms that are understandable to even a non-technical audience.
  • Be self-directed and have a sense of ownership over their work.

Qualifications:

  • Mac and/or Linux
  • Experience with service desk software (zendesk, JIRA service desk, or equivalent)
  • Git

    • Vagrant / Virtualbox
    • Ability to read and understand code in various languages (python, javascript, bash, scala most desired)
