As a Lead Software Development Engineer, you are a hands-on and experienced engineer leading your team to revolutionize the way every car works.

Your mission (should you choose to accept it.)

  • Take ownership of complex projects, mentor and lead a team of software engineers
  • Drive team development efforts towards successful project delivery
  • Develop highly-availability distributed services
  • Partner cross-functionally across Marketing, Program Management, Project Management, and QA teams to ensure delivery of world-class software

So, do you have what it takes?

  • B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
  • 1+ years of effective leadership experience in formal individual, team or process performance management.
  • 5+ years' experience developing software products, scalable internet software, and applications using a range of software models including object-oriented and functional design patterns
  • Proficiency in delivering enterprise-scale, high availability, distributed systems through production delivery to solve complex business problems
