Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a Director, Client Solutions to drive customer success within our multi-million dollar accounts to transform large omni-channel retailers into advanced data-driven businesses. This role offers a unique combination of a start-up company environment, enterprise retail clients, team development, cutting edge big data and machine-learning technology.

The ideal candidate will wear both strategic and tactical hats, responsible for everything from setting overall engagement strategy to defining the necessary processes and deliverables required to realize this strategy, through coaching and training team members to execute it.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Client Solutions, the successful candidate will oversee the post-sales customer life-cycle for all accounts in the APAC region as well as working with cross functional leadership to implement changes that will improve the overall client experience.


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Provide ongoing strategic and tactical leadership to multi-million dollar retail client accounts across the APAC region.
  • Develop meaningful and strong trusted advisory relationship with key client stakeholders, including C-level executives, by leveraging your industry experience to guide the client’s use of Rubikloud solutions to meet their goals
  • Proactively communicate with clients on escalated issues providing the strategy for resolution and timely progress updates. Ensure that we are meeting or exceeding the client expectations
  • Monitor performance; identify issues or trends that threaten customer success, and work cross-functionally to drive solutions on customers’ behalf.
  • Work closely with Sales and Professional Services to establish deployment objectives, success criteria, and customer success plans.
  • Provide management with an assessment of the health of your client portfolio, identify client reference candidates for sales and marketing efforts, and serve as the internal voice of the customer to inform the product and customer-facing business processes.
  • Oversee all delivery activities for Client Solutions team in Hong Kong to ensure quality and speed of delivery, and provide project management leadership for cross-functional teams to execute engagements seamlessly and maximize client satisfaction
  • Manage the performance and growth of the Client Solutions team in Hong Kong


Who You Are:

  • Familiarity with retail growth tactics and technologies related to personalization and promotion effectiveness.
  • Experience with SaaS enterprise software is an must.
  • Exceptional presentation, listening, project management, and client management skills.
  • Creative, consultative, and a strong communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage global teams and travel to client sites when needed.
  • Exceptional experience in program/project management in enterprise environments, overseeing cross-functional areas and teams
  • 7-10 years of client services experience, either in consulting, SaaS or a analytics service provider.
  • 3-5 years experience working with senior executives in retail or related industries.
  • 3-5 years of experience leading high performing teams, including hiring, career growth guidance, and performance management
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, where change is constant and challenges arise regularly. Positivity, drive and adaptability are essential.
