Product Manager at Helpshift

Helpshift provides a Web and Mobile-based Customer Service Messaging Platform that is powered by AI & Chatbots. Helpshift’s revolutionary SensAI technology helps its customers quickly and easily transform their service quality and win customer happiness while dramatically reducing the cost and complexity of the operations. Helpshift is looking to hire Product Managers that will deliver product features across key strategic areas and be part of the exciting journey.
Product Manager will be responsible for product planning and execution through the entire Product Lifecycle. Responsibilities includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

About You

    • You have 4-6 years experience in user interface and user experience design for mobile and web applications (We’ll be most interested in seeing what you've made. Please send a link to your portfolio along with the application).
    • You explore, design, and document digital user experiences grounded in user, business, and technical insights.
    • You have a strong sense of empathy for the user to create functional, cohesive and usable experiences.
    • You're a systematic thinker - you can logically visualise complex systems and user interaction flows
    • Ability to conduct user research, assess design effectiveness with data and intelligently integrate findings into your work.
    • Knowledge of grid systems, layout, typography, information hierarchy, user flow, and UX methodologies
    • Adeptness with design and prototyping tools - Sketch, InVision


    • Collaborate closely with the Product team to define features and contribute to the overall direction of the product.
    • Work with Engineering teams to ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience
    • Design sketches, wireframes, interaction flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for product features
    • Think in terms of design systems and reusable components
