Quality Assurance at Mighty AI
Boston, MA, US

Quality Assurance
How would you like to be a part of bringing self driving cars to market? That’s what we do here at Mighty AI—we help AI practitioners generate the data they need to train computer vision models. We help our customers build game-changing applications that will reshape our lives forever (and for the better!).
About The Role:
We have a Community of people around the world that label predetermined items in images.  The labels they produce need to be incredibly accurate as those labels will ultimately teach cars how to drive on their own.
The Quality Assurance individual we are seeking will review these images for accuracy in partnership with a team of customer delivery managers.   You will leverage our in house platform and tooling, and become an expert on expectations for each client/project to insure we deliver and delight.
About You:
Customer obsessed, analytical, detail oriented, technically savvy with a high bias for action. You’re curious, and a natural problem solver who probably likes puzzles, and have been referred to as a perfectionist by your friends.  You enjoy ambiguity but know when to ask questions. You enjoy working independently in a fast paced environment.  Most of all, you like to have fun and change the world! If this sounds like you, please contact us.
Duties and Responsibilities
Become an expert on the requirements for each project to understand the tasks and quality bar required.
Leverage our in-house tooling to review the tasks completed by our community to determine if they meet the quality bar.
Track and report results and opportunities to improve quality to your team members.

Work independently and accurately for the majority of the work day
