We are expanding and improving our innovative platform to provide superior, domain-specific training data efficiently, on demand and at scale. Our goal is to provide a dynamic, optimized combination of human and computer cognition that enables businesses to apply their ML / AI models commercially. Along the way, we are enjoying the journey. Mighty AI has a team of over 50 ambitious and highly skilled individuals and is located in Seattle (HQ) and Boston. Now, we are teaming up with the big players in the German Automotive market and are growing our team in Germany to insure world class delivery to our customers..

 

We are looking for a self-driven and goal-oriented Senior Technical Project Manager (m/w), based in our Seattle office.  Join us and help make artificial intelligence and self-driving cars a reality!

 

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle for a portfolio of projects related to the annotation of large datasets of images that will be leveraged for training autonomous driving algorithms

• Manage day-to-day client interaction and expectations for multiple large-scale projects

• Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple large scale projects

• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans

• Proactively identify and develop scalable solutions that improve the efficiency, quality, or cost related to how we deliver to our customers

• Manage and analyze profitability, revenue, margins, and utilization across projects.

• Review high-level deliverables and quality across our project portfolio

• Implement Project Management best practice processes and templates to ensure cross-team alignment and timely and informative communication to our clients

• Ability to proactively communicate with team members across different offices and time zones

 

Qualifications:

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field

• Minimum five years of Project Management experience working with external customers

• Experience in a fast-paced, small company environment, working with cross-functional teams managing multiple initiatives and customer deliveries

• Demonstrated success supporting the full customer lifecycle from pre-sales support through delivery to ongoing support and expansion

• Doer vs. Talker, willing to roll-up his/her sleeves to deliver projects successfully

• Ability to work independently and aggressively track to project timelines

• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail

• Ability to communicate well with customers and co-workers

• Skilled at understanding customer needs, defining solution scope, and driving customer success

• Team player and great collaborator

• Strong problem solving skills

• PMP certification is nice to have
