Our Toronto team is growing at dizzying speed! We are a talented, fun and dynamic group that thrives on getting the job done. We need a motivated, high energy, hardworking and flexible Executive Assistant to support our Industry Solutions Executive team.

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment while taking charge of all scheduling, travel coordination, financial reconciliation, internal/external communications and administration? Do you understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements to build capacity for the leadership team? Do you possess high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information as well as professionalism in dealing with senior executives both inside and outside of the company?

You have 3 years+ of experience as an Executive Assistant (VP level and above) ;
You have exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills ;
You are extremely organized and detail oriented ;
You are dynamic and reactive ;
You are comfortable to work remotely when needed ;

You like to have fun and work hard.
You will be responsible for:

Maintaining a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of multiple Senior Executives, in particular this role will be supporting our VP of Sales ;
Managing multiple ever changing and busy calendars ;
Interaction with both internal and external clients, executives and assistants; this will include calendar interaction with various time zones ;
Preparing and submitting expense reports ;
Coordinating and organizing travel as needed ;
Juggling multiple responsibilities ;
Preparing and submitting expense reports for several executives ;
Organizing office events and functions as needed ;
Corresponding with property management ;
Ad hoc errands for the executive team as required.
