Manager, Customer Service at Inrix

Position Overview:

INRIX is committed to delivering a best-in-class, global parking product to our customers, whether they’re using our parking information in the car, online or via a mobile phone. As we grow our business, we need to ensure that our users have an advocate that represents their voice internally. Our customers make us who we are.

Responsibilities include:

Oversee all customer support activities related to Parking
Monitor, track and report customer-related issues
Create and track bugs and work through escalation and fix
Identify key users and form advocate panels for both B2B and B2C customers
Manage and oversee all Zendesk activities for customer-facing activities (Parking, Mobile, etc.)
Manage and oversee customer outreach
Perform regular benchmarking activities
Manage competitive intelligence reporting and ideation
Perform Parking Market Research (via independent research and customer outreach)
Manage Customer Service KPI
Drive efficiency gains in customer service department
Research and identify new channels to manage CS efforts
Participate in regional parking industry events and trade shows to elevate and maintain INRIX Brand
Collaborate internally with product, marketing, sales, finance, and engineering to meet company objectives.
Build relationships with key partner contacts to meet strategic objectives.

Ideal: You have experience within the Parking industry – experience working for a municipality, as an operator or background in selling services to the industry.
Ideal: You have experience working in a mid-size software or high-tech environment.
Ideal: You have experience working within the automotive industry.
The position is based in INRIX’s Santa Monica, CA office.
