Inside Sales/Pre-Sales Representative at Inrix

Description
INRIX is the global leader in connected car services and smart cities, a new approach that leverages big data and the cloud to help manage urban mobility. Our products are used by the top automakers, governments, mobile operators, developers, advertisers, as well as enterprises large and small.

As our very first Inside Sales Representative, you will help to grow our business by efficiently pre-qualifying and managing leads and prospective opportunities. This position is responsible for building and maintaining a solid sales pipeline by following up on leads driven by marketing campaigns and account based marketing.

The Opportunity:

Work closely with Marketing to define “qualified” leads and establish basic lead grading for each prospect.
Respond to and track inquiries from various sources and assign tasks to the appropriate Sales Executive, capturing accurate and complete information in Salesforce.
Identify leads that need to be nurtured and collaborate with Marketing to drive a nurture program.
Track, analyze and report against our opportunities funnel.
Build reports and dashboards in Salesforce to spot trends and opportunities.
Manage that sales funnel using LinkedIn and other communications conduits.
Work with Sales Executives to close accounts.
Act as the primary relationship for smaller accounts.
Host demos and webinars to move accounts down the sales funnel.
Develop strong processes to grow the Inside Sales function within INRIX.
Required Skillset

2-5 years B2B Inside Sales and or Pre-sales experience.
Knowledge of lead qualification, pipeline management, communication, sales presentation techniques.
Experience using LinkedIn and PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, personable, and proactive with a strong sense of urgency and responsibility.
Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills are a must.
