Key Responsibilities

Partner with sales in the pre-sales process to understand customer requirements and provide sales support, and contribute to the development of sales strategies and setting of sales targets
Direct involvement with nearly all aspects of the defined sales process, including: Qualification, needs assessment, client requirements, mutual need-fit, product demonstration, dashboard access, Requests for Proposals, and technical and security integration know-how
Liaison with senior staff and team members to determine the range of goods and services to be sold
Create and conduct effective proposal presentations that identify and address customer key business issues and highlight proposed solutions
Carry out surveys and analyse customers’ reactions
Produce reports and recommendations concerning marketing and sales strategies for senior management
Take a company-wide / overall business view and a long-term view in seeking to develop business
Seek the support of Sales, Professional Services, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Corporate Development to ensure meeting and exceeding customer expectations and to ensure business opportunities are fully exploited
Keep up to date with products and competitors
Travel required
Qualifications/Skills required:

Substantial experience in a technical sales support function at a marketing SaaS business. Ideally significant experience in digital marketing, mobile analytics, and/or Saas technology implementations
Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes. Possesses exceptional track record supporting enterprise level software products and solutions. Accustomed to six figure plus deal sizes and six month plus sales cycle
Success with enterprise class products and solutions marketed and sold to the Marketing line of business
Worked directly with customers on assessing needs and managing the RFP process
Experience with marketing cloud automation or marketing execution
Experience in data integration, data management, and data analysis to support marketing objectives
Experience with SQL, mobile development (iOS, Android, Phonegap, Unity, etc.), or comparable systems—comfortable with code
Experience in technology implementation delivery
Exceptional written, verbal and sales presentation skills. Possesses superb communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of an organization
Strong skills collaborating and interacting with cross-functional teams focused on the enterprise
Has operated successfully in both large organizations and emerging growth companies. Has successfully operated in a fast-paced corporate environment. More entrepreneurial and fast moving
Prefer Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
