Product Support Engineer at Zumigo

Support customer implementations of the Next generation Location and Identity solutions from Zumigo! In this role, you will interface with Enterprise customers and help drive the integration of Zumigo APIs. Responsibilities include onboarding customers, certifying implementations, troubleshooting client issues, and escalating tickets into the engineering teams or partners as appropriate. You will take ownership of customer issues and see problems through to resolution.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years supporting an Enterprise product and working with developers

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and spoken communication skills with ability to interface with partners and customers

Experience with analyzing system logs and working with databases

Experience with UNIX commands, shell scripting

Experience querying with SQL and/or MongoDB

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with using or supporting APIs, specifically REST APIs

Experience writing SQL and MongoDB queries

Experience with Python programming

Experience with Network configurations and AWS Infrastructure
