The Role

As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for successfully delivering projects and solutions to high-end customers, from the initial requirements gathering and definition phase, to POC’s and pilots, and to eventual production delivery and redelivery.

You will communicate with customers’ technical and business representatives, and act as their ambassador within Moovit’s organization, directly communicating with R&D, Operations, Product, and Marketing managers.

Responsibilities

    Communicating with your counterparts within our corporate customers
    Gathering of customer requirements
    Coordination between clients, sales, product, and R&D
    First level troubleshooting of technical issues in pilot, pre-sale and production stages
    Defining and managing proof-of-concept and pilot processes

Requirements

    At least 7 years of proven experience in software development projects
    At least 5 years as a delivery manager
    Strong customer service skills
    At least 3 years of similar project management experience
    Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects
    Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
    Past experience in working for a SaaS analytic company
    A natural understanding of complex data models
    High verbal and written English communication skills
    A “make-it-happen,” hands-on personality and approach
    High availability and willingness to travel, within Israel and abroad
