Manager of Demand Generation at Swarm64
Boston, MA, US

This role is located in the Boston Area. No remote work available at this time.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing startup which is changing the landscape for relational database management systems through database acceleration technology.

Your Opportunity

We are looking to add an experienced Manager of Demand Generation to join our team to create awareness of our brand and draw potential new customers to our product. In executing an effective demand generation strategy, you’ll drive growth for the organization, make data-driven decisions, align marketing and sales teams and be a trusted advisor, track marketing's contribution to revenue and, grow a team to help you achieve Swarm64 marketing objectives.

Your Responsibilities

    Develop and execute pipeline generation campaigns
    Set demand-generation targets with Executive team and Sales
    Collaborate with the Sales team & product marketing to develop integrated campaigns & follow up that drive leads and pipeline
    Lead a variety of acquisition channels including digital, email, nurture, webinars, live events, content syndication, social, etc.
    Evolve our sales & marketing tech stack
    Collaborate with sales & marketing to developing messaging and content across the buyer’s journey
    Maintain best-in-class funnel performance and ROI metrics
    Analyze campaign results in detail and make data-based adjustments
    Imagine and implement creative digital programs & events
    Build and manage a team of contractors & FTEs as needed to help keep funnel growing

Qualifications:

    5+ years experience building and growing demand generation in a B2B technology company
    Early stage company experience and familiarity with data/software developer personas is a plus
    Understanding of funnel metrics to measure, report on, and continuously improve funnel KPIs
    Expert in planning, executing, and reporting on digital campaigns, email nurturing, webinars, content syndication, conferences & events, and other programs to drive qualified conversions
    Skilled at relationship building, communications, and project management to facilitate alignment across marketing and sales
    Experience with defining and executing ABM programs for target accounts
    Willing and able to travel within the US & Europe for events, etc.
