Helpshift is looking for a Director of Product Marketing to lead the effort in refining the vision, messaging and product positioning as Helpshift delivers customer service solutions to today’s leading B2C brands. About the Role

    • You will work directly with the executive team and will be responsible for envisioning, driving, and evangelizing, Helpshift’s revolutionary digital support supports.
    • You will partner with product management team to develop the product strategy to solidify Helpshift as the leader in digital customer service.
    • You will be responsible for the messaging and go-to-market strategies for Helpshift to ensure crisp and clear positioning of Helpshift’s products.
    • You will develop the strategy, process and be responsible to launch new product offerings to the market.
    • You will mentor, lead, and influence others as you work to align product, marketing, sales, success and other teams on a unified product vision and message.
    • You will be an expert on the product, the industry, the competition, and our customers, then use that understanding to establish a vision for the product and effectively communicate that vision to the market.  
    • You will quickly switch gears from strategy to execution with a bias towards action and impact.

About You

    • You are extremely thoughtful, analytical and data driven, and know how to use this information to drive strategic product direction.
    • You are an excellent communicator across multiple methods and can convert complex concepts into simple and compelling stories that influence others to your vision.
    • You have an understanding of technology and how we can use that technology to create amazing solutions. In turn, you can apply that understanding as you work with the business teams to successfully launch our product into the market.
    • You get things done. We are a startup, and we need a Senior Product Marketing Manager who can jump in, find gaps or opportunities in our product and messaging, and take action to impact the team.

Specifically You Have

    • A minimum of 6 years of B2B product or product marketing experience
    • 2 years of SaaS product marketing experience
    • A strong portfolio of collateral and project deliverables across multiple employers
    • Strong creative thinking and confident communication skills that can inspire colleagues to action
    • Persistence. You are hard working, creative and employ your analytical intelligence at every turn
    • A team-player mentality and are in it to help the team and company succeed first
    • A Technical undergraduate degree, such as Computer Science or equivalent work experience
    • Bonus points for experience in Customer Service CRM or Contact Center Technology
    • Bonus points for an MBA
