Client Services

Applying a combined knowledge base in shopper insights, project operations and customer success, InContext’s Client Services team is hyper focused on managing and delivering client projects alongside our Client Development, Business Development and Insights teams.

The Sr. Insights Analyst, Client Services position is a multi-faceted role with an overarching focus:  to help deliver high-value, game-changing results to InContext’s clients.  On a day-to-day basis, this position independently manages projects, helps foster client relationships, and mentors other analysts relative to learning project processes and executing project delivery tasks.  This role, as applicable, will be cross-trained to help provide Customer Success and Operations expertise.


  • Acts as an insights advisor through close partnership with Client Development, Business Development, and Insights groups to deliver project work, including new opportunity scoping, software training and support, research fulfillment, and digital content planning
  • Leads development of project deliverables for some client projects
  • Organizes, tracks, and delivers multiple projects and tasks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Applies logical thinking to gathering and interpreting data
  • Drafts persuasive charts and headlines for client presentations; actively participates in client meetings
  • Takes the lead on client communication
  • Manages project complexity with guidance from Insights Directors and Manager
  • Troubleshoots software functionality questions and issues with clients
  • Learns and helps refine client project processes


  • 2-3 year’s professional experience delivering client-facing project work
  • Comfortable with SaaS software and other project management tools
  • Top notch organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Dynamic communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate between different disciplines and personality types
  • Driven and tenacious with the ability to deliver multiple projects against competing deadlines
  • An openness to coaching, ongoing feedback, and continual improvement
  • An eagerness to contribute to a culture of camaraderie, recognition, and innovation
  • An insatiable curiosity to proactively seek out novel solutions and learn new skills
  • Working knowledge of CPG, Retail and/or Shopper Insights industries required
