Synack is searching for an energetic and analytical rising star to help take us to the next level of growth. The Product Marketing Specialist will be responsible for enabling the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy of our products and our brand. You will dig deep into our products and markets to build winning strategies. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into valuable customer benefits, is crucial.  In your role as a Synack Product Marketing Manager, you will become an expert in understanding our different customers groups, what they value, the challenges they face and how they buy. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are ready to dive right in, join an energetic team, and take their careers to the next level! Sound interesting? Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Dive deep into the product marketing function, digging into product usage and market trends to understand product success and inform roadmap
  • Research and analyze trends in our core markets to inform product positioning and messaging and differentiate Synack in the marketplace
  • Event Calendar - set the tone for Synack’s live event and conference itinerary; coordinate with subject matter experts, product marketers and event planners to present a unified experience and marketing message.
  • Product launch - analyze and execute product marketing initiatives for the launch of new products and releases and work cross functionally to implement the plan
  • Market analytics - be able to harness data from diverse sources to model scenarios and support the RFP process
  • Demand generation - manage and measure the marketing programs that drive demand for our products

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 2+ years of product marketing, security, and/or similar experience
  • A love of understanding customers and their needs and developing crisp strategic analyses 
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to understand and simplify complex concepts and data sets
  • Technical savviness
  • Team player who loves to jump right in 
  • Stellar interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail
  • Highly creative energy with a drive for innovation
  • A passion to be great at what you do and enjoy doing it
