Synack is searching for an energetic and creative rising star to help take us to the next level of growth. This role will be responsible for the voice of our products and our brand. You will craft compelling positioning and messaging for our solutions. You will create content for innovative marketing programs that drive demand across different industries. Creativity and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into valuable customer benefits, is crucial.  In your role as a Synack Content Marketing Manager, you will dive deep into different customers groups, what they value, the challenges they face and how they buy, and then translate all of this into our external voice. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are ready to dive right in, join an energetic team, and take their careers to the next level! Sound interesting? Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Dive deep into the content marketing function, working on product positioning and messaging that differentiates Synack products, methodology and Synack Red Team (SRT) in the marketplace
  • Thought Leadership - Showcase Synack’s knowledge and expertise in creative blogs, articles, and stories
  • Demand Generation - Write case studies and white papers that drive demand for our products
  • Events - Set the tone for Synack’s live event and conference itinerary; present a unified message and story as part of the customer experience

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 2+ years of content marketing (or similar) experience
  • Stellar interpersonal and writing skills with a high attention to detail
  • A love of understanding customers and their needs and developing relevant content that resonates with target audiences
  • Ability to understand and simplify complex concepts
  • Technical curiosity
  • Team player who loves to jump right in
  • Highly creative energy with a drive for innovation
  • A passion to be great at what you do and enjoy doing it
