EMEA HR Advisor-French Language at Sprinklr

What You’ll Do

 

·        First point of contact for HR enquiries

 

·        Manage the onboarding and exit processes for various EMEA offices, partnering with locally-based colleagues where appropriate 

 

·       Maintain and update employee folders and corresponding HR records management systems

 

·       Manage the tracking and reporting of time and attendance

 

·       Coordinate the administration of local benefits

 

·       Support the processing of payroll, ensuring all employee changes are communicated  

 

        accurately and within the required timelines     

 

·       Support development and creation of internal HR policies according to changes in legislation   

 

·       Create and maintain standard operating procedures/user guides to enhance efficiency

 

·       Partner with HR CoEs to ensure ongoing compliance with internal processes and external   legislation

 

 

 

 

 

Who You Are

 

 

 

You’ll fit this role if you have:

 

 

 

·        Experience gained in a fast-paced, dynamic and international environment; previous HR 

 

         experience is desirable

 

·       Understanding of basic HR processes (e.g. onboarding) and a passion to work and develop      

 

         a career in HR 

 

·       Fluency in French and English

 

·       Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

 

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high customer-orientation and the ability     to build relationships at all levels

 

·       A can-do attitude, dedication and professionalism and an independent work style with a bias toward action

 

·       An analytical mindset, data driven approach to making decisions and the ability to simplify

 

·       Thrive in ambiguity and continually challenge yourself to develop new skills as a result 

 

·       Good working knowledge of the G Suite, MS Office, PowerPoint and Word.
