About The Position

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to be the first Recruitment member in our US offices, to function as a trusted partner to the hiring managers, owning the relationship and driving hiring strategy and process.

  • Manage end-to-end hiring process in the US as part of the global hiring efforts
  • Develop unique sourcing strategies to surface top passive candidates
  • Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets
  • Handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously
  • Work closely with hiring managers and serve as a consultant and partner staying current on business and market trends


  • At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment process for technological companies
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong sourcing skills
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work closely with a global team
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Time management and multitasking skill
