Client Representative at Bossa Nova Robotics

Bossa Nova’s robots are currently deployed in 50 stores across the United States, making it the largest deployment of this kind of technology anywhere in the world.  

Bossa Nova Robotics is in search of a Client Representative based in Bentonville, AR.  This is a global role that will require travel based upon the needs of the business, in support of a global client.


The role will be responsible for supporting a growing client base both domestically and Internationally.  This role will focus on leading and supporting the various business needs of starting up a new business entity in numerous countries. You will help lead both the client and Bossa Nova in scaling the world’s leading AI solution using autonomous robots in retail. 


As a Client Representative for Bossa Nova Robotics, you will own and build critical executive level relationships across the various business units within the client. You will also work across product, R&D and development to help ensure the client’s needs are being met with the on-going development of the solution set.      


Responsibilities of the Client Representative include:

  • Establish credible consultative relationships with various business decision makers and their teams as you expand the Bossa Nova solutions set to drive desired customer business outcomes.
  • Provide leadership as subject matter expert of the client’s business to the various internal teams to help achieve the company's goals.
  • Lead and support pre-sales / post sales activities with the various internal teams. One and or support preparation of detailed proposals that highlight value-oriented features of the offerings.
  • Need for strong communication skills that grow the relationships throughout the multiple levels of the client’s organization.
  • Lead and assist internal teams with expanding the solution
  • Identification and management of a robust pipeline of activity which will improve year-to-year business growth.
  • Assist the technical teams address and understand the client’s business, so the solution will consistently improve.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3 to 5+ years proven experience in software sales, consulting services and /or delivery experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in providing technology solutions to complex retail organizations
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong Project management skills needed to manage complex solutions
  • Ability to understand high-level technology concepts and communicate to non-IT executives
  • Expertise in developing relationships with C-Level Executives in IT and Business areas applicable to stores and e-commerce
  • Solution Selling within Software and or Services experience is required
  • Demonstrated quota achievement and territory growth
  • Enjoyable personality and aptitude for fun, team-oriented and competitive environments
  • Travel of 25% to 50%
