What happens when I apply?

  • If your CV looks like a good match, we’ll schedule a 30 minute phone interview with two of our engineers, to talk through your previous work experience and projects. It's also a great opportunity for you to ask us any questions you might have about Swrve or the role.
  • If there was a strong match during the phone interview, we will send you a small programming test to do in your own time.
  • Once we’ve reviewed the test you send back to us, we'll schedule a 1-2 hour face-to-face technical interview with two of our engineers, including general discussion around technical design choices and some whiteboarding.
  • Final step is a full day onsite interview. This day is as much for you as it is for us - you get to sit with the team, see how we work, come to stand-ups and have lunch with the people you could be working with. During the day you will work on a small web application project, with a presentation to a small group of engineers at the end of the day.
