Integrations Manager at BrightEdge

BrightEdge is looking for a talented Manager of Integrations to join our HQ in Foster City. In this role, you will use your exceptional technical implementation skills to help spearhead and shape the development of our integrations programs for our enterprise customers.

What You Will Do:

    • Lead projects through all activities required to successfully deliver Adobe/Omniture, Google Analytics, and other Web Analytics solutions
    • Lead clients in requirements gathering, full scoping, and solution design
    • Engage directly with BrightEdge senior leadership to help build enhancements and standard integration frameworks that can that can scale as the business grows
    • Draft design documents and technical specifications for the overall business solution
    • Consult with clients on best practices for data migration, integration, and deployment
    • Support integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing
    • Lead the Solution Design, Development/Configuration, Testing, and Debugging
    • Work cross functionally to identify performance and collection gaps and other bottlenecks, and communicate that back to Product Management for future enhancements
    • Develop blueprints, automation code, and evaluate tools to fulfill solution gaps
    • Own overall solution delivery across tracks- planning, requirements and design, implementation, training and business adoption, change management, etc. by engaging relevant stakeholders

What It Takes To Be Successful:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related major
    • 5+ years of relevant professional work experience
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-facilitation skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong/expert technical skills including SQL, Python, XML, APIs, Web analytics services
    • Experience with Jitterbit integration platform is a strong plus
    • Knowledge of SaaS platform architectures and database design
    • Familiarity and experience with implementing Adobe Data Warehouse/Analytics and Google Analytics solutions
    • Previously worked on high-level design documents, project estimation and technical specifications for application development and enhancement activities
