We are looking for a full-cycle technical recruiter to join our growing team.
 
You will be responsible for partnering and advising our hiring managers; sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Our Talent Acquisition team is hard working, fun and collaborative group of people. We work cross departmentally in identifying needs and understanding what’s required of new talent who are coming into the business. We are quick to adapt in a situation to best support candidates as well as our hiring managers throughout the hiring process. Responsibilities:

    • Hunt and farm candidates on niche platforms
    • Coordinate and manage department goals and hiring plansParse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes for various technical positions
    • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities and take extensive notes
    • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
    • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements through intake meetings with leaders
    • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with tech professionals
    • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

Requirements:

      • 5+ years of experience in a scaling, fast-paced startup or mid size organization
      • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
      • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, go-to-meeting, and structured)
      • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for various roles
      • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever preferred) and resume databases
      • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
