You’ll be responsible for expanding our demand generation programs into new channels to engage our target customers, ultimately driving pipeline for Fictiv’s business.


Impact in this Role

The Head of Growth will shape our demand generation and acquisition strategies to build out a scaleable, repeatable, pipeline generating machine. In this role you will drive growth marketing campaigns all the way from strategy to launch and scale. You will be an early member of our growth marketing team, reporting to the VP of Marketing, and will be empowered to shape and grow the team to achieve exceptional results. As the leader of this key function, you’ll manage and coach your direct reports, helping them deliver on ambitious targets, while rolling up your sleeves to work directly with the team and our customers.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and grow our marketing growth team through hiring and coaching
  • Foster an experimental mindset to test and improve performance across all acquisition channels
  • Own the development and implementation of our multi-channel B2B acquisition strategy to maximize growth, ROI, and Customer Lifetime Value
  • Drive strategy and execution of lead nurturing programs to engage prospects higher in the funnel and optimize conversion rates
  • Define budget allocation and optimization across all acquisition channels
  • Directly attribute leads, pipeline, and revenue to measure the ROI of our programs
  • Strategize with the ABM, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver campaigns to the right people, across the right channels, at the right time
  • Be an ambassador of the Fictiv brand, developing programs that align with the company’s values


Desired traits

  • 6+ years of experience in a B2B demand generation role; 2+ years experience managing employees
  • Self-starter and multitasker; comfortable being an individual contributor and a manager and juggling multiple projects and driving them to completion
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Growth and data-driven mindset (testing, measuring, iterating)
  • Strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into effective demand gen programs
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools: we use Marketo and Salesforce
  • Team player and dedicated people manager passionate about learning and coaching
