Why is this role important?

  • Integral member of the FP&A team
  • Deeply involved in financial forecasting, annual budgeting process, and variance analysis
  • Provides financial consulting, insight, and strategic support to the CFO and Sprinklr's Senior Leadership Team

What are the responsibilities?

  • Identify and analyze key performance indicators, financial trends and variances
  • Develop monthly financial reporting, presentations, and dashboards for Senior Leadership Team members to drive decision-making
  • Construct financial and operating models to support strategic initiatives and understand ROI
  • Perform ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis

What are the qualifications?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of experience as Analyst or Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis in a technology business. Experience in SaaS strongly preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Salesforce a plus
  • Strong quantitative, verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior leadership team members
