About The Position

Spotinst is looking for a talented IT/HelpDesk administrator to manage & maintain our IT support issues. The position will include troubleshooting network connectivity, software installation, licenses, users/groups administration and enforce security rules across the company. You’ll be working with the entire global Spotinst organization and serve as a key member in several projects and daily routines. 


  • Fully ownership for the IT aspects within the company 
  • Facilitate processes of on-boarding and off-boarding employees from an IT perspective. Setup of new computers and accounts
  • WiFi, VPN and internet maintenance 
  • Ensure all security controls are working correctly at all the environments of the company 
  • Administrate AWS, GCP, & Azure accounts
  • IT procurement
  • The position may require availability during off-hours


Basic Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of work experience as an IT/Help desk
  • Experience working on MAC & Windows operating system
  • Capability to multitask, work under pressure, initiate and explore for new automatic IT solutions 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to install, administer and troubleshoot computer hardware and software
  • High-level English 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer-science / information-systems
  • Experience with scripting & automation 
  • Experience with VPN, SSO, Security platforms, AWS, GCP, Azure
