Financial Implementations Consultant at Carecloud

DESCRIPTION

Our integrated clinical, financial and patient-experience IT solutions aim to build high-performing medical practices by helping healthcare providers maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of their practices while connecting and collaborating directly with patients. CareCloud’s IT solutions target areas such as: revenue cycle management, practice management, electronic health records, patient experience, advanced billing rules, and analytics.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Prepares client-focused agendas and instruction to ensure successful knowledge transfer to CareCloud clients.

· Assesses, analyzes and documents the current- and future-state client workflow.

· Provides expert guidance and collects client data required for configuration activities.

· Configures CareCloud applications based on client workflow.

· Develops training plans, and executes project plans with the Project Manager.

· Prepares and reports timely status updates to project managers and management.

· Provides advice on CareCloud’s best practices and training to clients (onsite, remote, and at CareCloud offices).

· Maintains knowledge and understanding of software updates, release changes, as well as additional products and functionality.

· Utilizes the agreed upon tools to minimize the variability of the implementation process while continuing to try to improve standards.

 

· Identifies and communicates project risks to key stakeholders and the leadership team to ensure the success of the implementation.

· Works with the Client Success Team on issue escalation and resolution.

· Conducts assessments of system use and process, and makes recommendations for improvement.

· Manages the relationship and expectations of the client for a mutually beneficial outcome.

· Assists clients in identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes, and provides lessons learned to the Implementation Team and others as appropriate.

· Assists Sales in explaining CareCloud EHR capabilities to prospects.

· Serves as a subject matter expert on CareCloud’s product offerings.

· Works collaboratively with clients and internal staff to deliver projects at high quality and on schedule.

REQUIREMENTS

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in healthcare provider operations, practice management, and EHR technology.
