Kaltura is looking for a reliable Assistant Controller to assist in consolidation process and managing its financials operation oversee under the supervision of a controller




•        Responsible for all oversee ongoing financials operation

•        Ensure the month close is completed accurately and within the close cycle, including the preparation, review of all Balance Sheet account reconciliations and key accruals, and analytical review of all P&L items

•        Monitor cash balances and overseeing cash forecasts

•        Support the controller with the monthly consolidation process

•        Assisting in the formulation of internal controls and policies to comply with legislation and established best practices

•        Assist in oversee Tax filings and Statutory reporting

•        Advise, support and oversee international financial reporting and compliance functions

•        Work closely with AP teams abroad and ensure Group’s policies compliance

•        Assisting in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with official guidelines and requirements

•        Assist in developing key financial policies and procedures, including implementing and maintaining the policies within global activities

•        Review and approve monthly payroll

•        Supervising the Intercompany transactions and reconciliations

•        Take a key part in the consolidated annual audit

•        Ongoing communication with finance teams abroad

•        Supporting the controllership team in various tasks, reporting, projects and ad-hoc analysis



o  Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA qualification

o  Internship in one of the big 4 – Hi Tech department experience is an advantage

o  Reliable and able to carry out tasks autonomously and collaboratively

o  Excellent English – written and verbal

o  Well organized with ability to prioritize

o  Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

o  Have the ability to drill into the details without losing the big picture

o  Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes (financial closure, reporting etc.)

o  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

o  Very good communication and interpersonal skills

o  Working knowledge of MS Office (especially excel)
