The team 
Our Sales & Business Development teams collaborate with customers and partners across the globe to help them leverage the DocuSign Agreement Cloud to transform the entire system of agreement process—from preparing to signing, acting on, and managing contracts and other types of agreements. Our team’s partner with some of the largest most innovative companies in the world in dozens of industries to bring the power of DocuSign to more customers. This position
DocuSign seeks a result-oriented International Sales Enablement Leader to join the Worldwide Enablement and Effectiveness organization.   In this role, you will partner with Sales Leadership to identify, prioritize, deliver, and measure sales enablement programs designed to meet and exceed specific sales related goals and targets.  This individual will work directly with International Sales Leadership across Enterprise, Account Management, Commercial, and xDR selling segments to enable sales representatives to engage customers and prospects with differentiated, tailored, experiences designed to identify, advance, and close sales opportunities. 

Enablement programs include, but are not limited to; new hire onboarding, sales methodology, sales tools & systems, territory planning, account prioritization, opportunity management, sales messaging & presentations, product readiness, close plans, negotiation, and partnering with Customer Success.  Additionally, this individual will collaborate on the definition and implementation of a new global sales process designed to optimize the buyer / seller experience.

This role requires close collaboration with Sales Leadership, Customer Success Leadership, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and GTM Strategy & Productivity organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner will Sales Leadership to identify and prioritize enablement requirements by segment and global region
  • Collaborate with the North America based Enablement Team to design, implement, and operationalize required enablement programs. Program format includes eLearning, webinar, and classroom-based delivery
  • Collaborate with the North America based Enablement Team to design implement and operationalize enablement program tracking including compliance, comprehension, and feedback
  • Regularly meet with Regional Managers, Area VPs, and Sales Executives, to review enablement programs. Provide progress reports at the regional, team, and individual contributor levels.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Field Effectiveness to design, implement and enable on, a new global sales process designed to optimize the buyer / seller experience
  • Collaborate with the North America based Enablement Team to design, implement, and operationalize required enablement programs. Program format includes eLearning, webinar, and classroom-based delivery
  • Collaborate with North America based Enablement Team to design implement and operationalize enablement program tracking including compliance, comprehension, and feedback
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to identify and prioritize field sales content requirements by sales segment, stage, and region.
  • Partner with Product Readiness to design, implement and operationalize product training designed to evolve sellers from single-product to multi-product solutions and selling motions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Sales process expertise
  • Sales systems expertise (e.g. Salesforce.com)
  • Global Sales training/coaching experience
  • Global Project management expertise
  • Strategic thinker with ability to understand complex issues, develop/apply/simplify frameworks to facilitate broader organizational understanding, decision making, and action (with leadership and cross functional teams)
  • Strong customer and sales orientation with ability to interpret/distill requests from the field into impactful deliverables
  • Stellar internal and external collaboration and negotiation skills
  • Unwavering passion, commitment, and persistence to the business, customers and technology
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing a Challenger based sales methodology
  • Demonstrated success within rapidly emerging technology companies
  • Proven track record of global SaaS sales, sales management, sales enablement or solution engineering experience representing multi-product, platform, or comprehensive cloud solutions
  • People Management & Team Management experience with expertise in building and scaling regional teams
