The team
Our Sales & Business Development teams collaborate with customers and partners across the globe to help them leverage the DocuSign Agreement Cloud to transform the entire system of agreement process—from preparing to signing, acting on, and managing contracts and other types of agreements. Our team’s partner with some of the largest most innovative companies in the world in dozens of industries to bring the power of DocuSign to more customers. Whether you are selling to a small business or a large enterprise, you will apply your extensive knowledge of our solutions, and leverage our strategic partnerships to help our customers grow their top and bottom line.

This position  
The Partner Manager, Cloud Extensions, EMEA offers the opportunity to manage business development in EMEA across our core partners and target markets including the implementation of partner plans, partner sales and support enablement, partnership marketing, deal registration and tracking, revenue forecasting and attainment and partner satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have complex deal experience, a technical background and Third-Party partner management experience. Candidates must also possess strong personal communication skills and the ability to efficiently multitask. Time management and work prioritization will be critical in this role. As a key part of the EMEA Business Development team you will establish the value and the vision for how DocuSign with our Agreement Cloud platform will modernize, globalize and grow your partner’s businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the go-to-market plans attached to partners and lead cross functional teams in selling to, enabling, launching and supporting their partner programs
  • Evaluate the go-to-market plans attached to Cloud Extension partners (means partners that DocuSign embed as Third-Party products and part of the DocuSign catalogue) such as Intelledox, SEAL Software, CDC Arkhineo and several Identity Service Providers. Those partners are key in the strategy of the DocuSign Agreement Cloud.
  • Assist and ensure partners align and engage with our annual sales target for Cloud Extension
  • Build GTM by sub-region and be proactive on the specific needs from the local market that the Global team, at the DocuSign HQ, would need to consider in the product and marketing roadmap.
  • Contribute to increase awareness within DocuSign and Partner ecosystem (Reseller and System Integrator) and sales emblement
  • Adjust the marketing and sales documentation to the regional and local market needs (business cases, case studies)
  • Mine existing partner relationships for new business opportunities
  • Build relationships with key executives within partner headquarters and field organizations
  • Engage internal leaders and support staff to ensure partners fully understand our sales strategy, priorities and sales play
  • Devise regular communication mechanisms to keep the DocuSign sales teams informed of new developments
  • Provide regular feedback to management on critical factors affecting the business or relationships
  • Forge strong DocuSign-internal relationships with key managers and support organizations
  • Track sales activities, opportunities and orders in company Salesforce CRM
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and make proactive partner plan adjustments to meet quarter over quarter revenue growth commitments
  • Strategize and collaborate with Marketing to align sponsorship opportunities with partner event strategy and goals

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years Cloud/SaaS or Hosted Services sales experience
  • 3+ years developing and building partner relationships and expanding product sales through indirect distribution channels
  • University Degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in French and English languages

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical background is an advantage
  • High-growth, public company experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Self-starter with great time management skills
