Administrative Manager – Part Time (USA East coast) at Sedona Systems

Sedona Systems, a leader and innovator in the field of multilayer network control, is looking for an Administrative Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our US entity.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth operations of the company’s day-to-day activities as well as long-term projects.
  • Provide general support to Sales, HR and Finance teams as well as the CEO.
  • Prepare payroll reports, manage contractors’ fees and payment.
  • Manage company suppliers, conduct negotiations, and track invoices.
  • Support recruiting including working with recruiting agencies and setting interviews.
  • Manage onboarding processes.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience as an Administrative Manager or equivalent in a tech industry.
  • Experience in a Start-up environment – Major Advantage.
  • Creative and can-do attitude.
  • BA
  • Previous experience recruiting for technical roles – Advantage.
  • Working from home, flexible hours, high availability.
