About GenXComm:

GenXComm's robust Simultaneous Self Interference Cancellation (S-SIX) Technology enables maximal use of available spectrum just as carriers are planning their 5G cellular network deployments to cope with a flood of new wireless devices and rapidly increasing data demands on their networks. Today, communications between wireless transceivers use multiple frequencies (FDD) or time slots (TDD). GenXComm’s S-SIX technology enables true full duplex or simultaneous transmission and reception of signals in the same channel. The value proposition of GenXComm’s technology goes well beyond just enabling true full duplex, and can improve the throughput of the network by over an order of magnitude. S-SIX also significantly reduces the latency and improves network adaptability and security. GenXComm’s S-SIX is a key enabling technology for an increasingly connected world.


  • Design, develop, integrate, test and validate RF/microwave subsystems and circuits

to demonstrate interference cancellation for wired and wireless systems ranging

from 10MHz – 6GHz

  • Work closely with the customer to understand and communicate system

requirements back to the customer

  • Take responsibility of the entire system and work closely with the internal design

team to provide subsystem requirements to the SW designer, digital designer and

other analog designers.

  • Design Tx and Rx signal chains that are highly linear and extremely low noise over

the frequency range of interest

  • Designs and develops RF/microwave circuits on PCB using broad engineering

concepts and research techniques.

  • Document research and design specifications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • S., M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field is required with at least
  • 3-5 years or relevant experience in designing RF/microwave products.
  • Experience designing RF transmit and receive chains on PCB, component selection, layout, fabrication, test and validation of the entire RF system
  • Strong experience with system level trade-off analysis of issues such as dynamic range, linearity, noise floor and spurious levels
  • Be able to read and create circuit schematics and block diagrams
  • Experience with common RF test equipment such as signal generators, spectrum

analyzers, signal analyzers, network analyzers, power meters and oscilloscopes.

  • Experience using RF simulation software like ADS, AWR to design RF systems to meet dynamic range requirements
  • Designs, develops, executes and evaluates validation testing and product
