Pre-Sales Manager at Intezer
New York City, NY, US

We are looking for a talented Pre-Sales Manager to help us meet our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • New customer on-boarding: work with our new clients to design, deploy, configure and integrate Intezer's solution into their environment and workflows
  • Understand each customer's security processes and make recommendations based on Intezer's solution and best practices
  • Ongoing customer communication: proactively work with customers to ensure maximum utilization of our solution, while keeping their satisfaction levels high
  • Customer services: assist clients with their product questions and issues, and work with Intezer's internal teams to resolve the issues and answer questions in a timely manner
  • Increase revenue and identify potential up-sell opportunities, while communicating potential risks that might threaten renewals
  • Partner with Intezer's sales team to drive alignment for customer renewals and expansions

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in customer success or on-boarding
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
  • Familiarity with security products, processes and ecosystem
  • A team player who can work closely with internal teams to exceed customer expectations

Advantages:

  • Experience as a security incident response or SOC analyst
  • Linux system administration and troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to develop and maintain scripts in Python or JavaScript
  • Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks accordingly
