As you join our EMEA entity at Helpshift you’ll have the opportunity to work with today’s leading B2C brands as they begin their journey to provide the customer support experience that their customers want and need. We’re looking for self-starters to close new business and ensure customer success in key accounts across various verticals as we secure our dominant position throughout the market. About the Role

    • You will own the full sales cycle from lead to close on both inbound and outbound deals. 
    • You will use Salesforce to track all opportunities as well as customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, forecasting, etc.
    • You will become an expert on Helpshift’s products and educate customers on the benefits and values of digital customer service through discovery calls, demonstrations, and customer workshops. 
    • You will quarterback internal resources while working cross departmentally to identify and meet customer needs throughout the sales cycle and the renewal process.
    • You will choreograph and conduct meetings with customers via email, phone, video conference, and face to face (this role requires travel) to assess customer requirements and needs.
    • You will establish lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
    • You will stay up to date on customer service industry trends and technology by attending events, trade shows, and conferences.
    • You will serve as the voice of the customer and collect and share feedback with internal teams to drive continuous improvement and development across all areas.
    • You will exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis.

About You

    • You have a minimum of 7 years of experience selling software, IT, SaaS, or cloud-hosted solutions.
    • You have a good understanding and successful background in complex full cycle, executive-level sales processes.
    • You have prior experience successfully carrying and exceeding a quarterly quota over 1 million.
    • You have experience performing web/virtual demos and it is second nature to you.
    • You consistently demonstrate your ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines in a fast-paced start up.
    • You are a strategic thinker with exceptional prospecting skills, pipeline management, and solution selling experience.
    • You have an active interest in increasing customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationships.
    • You demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • You have strong time management, organization, and decision making skills that you utilize on a day to day basis.
    • Fluency in German.
