Senior Marketing Manager, EMEA at Helpshift
Helpshift bridges the disconnect between conventional customer service channels — such as email and phone support — and a growing consumer base that does more on mobile phones and has a strong preference for messaging as the primary mode of communication. Through Helpshift’s AI-powered customer service platform, companies can resolve issues more efficiently, boosting customer satisfaction in the process. Companies such as Xfinity Home, Microsoft, Tencent, Supercell and hundreds of other leading brands use the Helpshift platform to provide messaging-first customer support. Helpshift is installed on two billion devices worldwide and serves more than 820 million active consumers monthly.
We have a widely-adopted product (if you have any apps like Clash of Clans, Words with Friends, or Microsoft Outlook, you probably have us on your phone already), and a strong base of customers across EMEA. We are looking for an exceptional EMEA Senior Marketing Manager to get Helpshift in front of the right audience in EMEA and help us accelerate our expansion in the region.

About the Role

    • Partners closely with the VP of EMEA sales and regional sales teams in the UK and The Netherlands to ideate and execute in-region programs tied to pipeline goals including regional events, direct mail, content marketing and PR programs.
    • Extension of the marketing team at HQ working to implement and localize a comprehensive marketing plan for the EMEA region. 
    • Manages the relationship with a regional Public Relations firm covering EMEA, to ensure alignment and execution in parallel with the corporate PR strategy and plans.
    • Takes end-to-end ownership of various events including 10 x 10, tabletop, sporting, lunch-and-learn etc, ensuring all event elements are show ready and the sales team can follow up quickly.
    • Responsible for budget tracking and reporting on ROI for EMEA marketing programs

About You

    • You have a minimum 5 years experience in EMEA Marketing
    • You speak and write English fluently
    • You’re ready to spend up to 20% of your time travelling
    • You have previous experience with and/or the ability to quickly pick up tools including Marketo, Salesforce, Wordpress and Google Analytics
    • You have a sincere interest in SaaS and previous writing experience for technology companies 
    • You have a “can-do” attitude and willingness to experiment with exciting new initiatives 
    • You have experience positioning a SaaS B2C product in multiple industries 
    • You have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or equivalent experience
