Head of Marketing at Spotinst

About The Position

Spotinst is looking for experienced marketing professional to join and lead our marketing team. Spotinst’s Marketing Lead is a self-starter, leader, Data-driven and dedicated to improvement. Passionate about technology, branding, sales, and product marketing. In this role, you will get the opportunity to lead and oversee the company's marketing initiatives, brainstorm new ideas for promoting and strengthening Spotinst’s marketing department.


  • Lead a diverse team combining all marketing aspects- event planning, digital marketing, product marketing, marketing design, etc. 
  • Implement the annual marketing plan and the go-to-market strategy.
  • Build brand awareness and ensure that all communications align with the brand.
  • Manage the marketing budget and track return on investment.
  • Explore different customer acquisition channels - PPC, campaigns to event management.
  • Drive market research and understand how markets are changing.
  • Communicate regularly with other departments and executives, reporting on marketing activity.
  • Work closely with the product/Analytics/R&D team to develop and implement new revenue streams and optimization of all marketing channels.




  • At least 1 year of management experience 
  • At least 4 years of experience in B2B Marketing- digital marketing, paid media acquisition
  • Experience in SAAS/Product company
  • Leadership and management skills while willing to work “hands-on” when needed. 
  • Exceptional organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize to drive maximum returns and a proven track record of exceeding revenue and lead goals.
  • Tech-savvy and up-to-date on marketing tools, platforms and resources.
  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Must be performance and results-driven in order to improve campaigns KPI's
