Inside Sales Representative - Dallas, TX at Paxata

About the role:
 
The Inside Sales Representative is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Director of Inside Sales.  A successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding our presence in the market, and converting new prospects into Paxata customers.
 
The Inside Sales Representative will be a vital cog to help drive revenue to the company. Paxata is the leader in one of the hottest sectors within information management – data preparation. You will play a key part in expanding the Paxata brand as the pioneer for self-service data preparation
 
You will be measured by revenue closed and will be given the flexibility to create a book of business of your own.  We encourage account development through outbound prospecting, social selling, networking, and any sales activity that would contribute to expanding the Paxata brand. Responsibilities:

      • Be the "Quarterback" of your territory, owning and running your sales territory
      • Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities.
      • Holistically embrace, access, and utilize the channel to identify and open new, unchartered opportunities.
      • Become known as a thought-leader in data prep and analytics
      • Deliver personal demos for prospects
      • Work in tandem with SDR team on territory plans
 

Required Skills/Experience:

    • Ability to work on sales teams that requires fast paced and high activity volume 
    • History of over exceeding quota
    • Ability to quickly conceptualize and articulate solution sets and value propositions
    • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Experience in SFDC is preferred
    • Bachelors Degree strongly preferred
    • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
