We’re looking for an HR & Talent Acquisition to join our growing team and take part in the ongoing effort to grow and scale the company while keeping its unique culture.



  • As we continue to grow and scale, we need a strong, flexible, creative, results-oriented HR professional who can roll up his/her sleeves and provide HR support to Moovit employees & managers.
  • Responsible for the talent aquisition of the specific departments including global hiring while creating talent pipelines by using innovative talent acquisition channels.
  • Be a trusted adviser to employees and managers and support their day to day activities. Use your overall interactions with people to obtain an ongoing holistic understanding of organizational pulse and provide insights accordingly.
  • Take an active part in maintaining the unique culture and guiding Moovit employees in it.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on development, introduction and/or integration of HR processes, practices, programs and initiatives
  • Support other cross projects as will be defined.


  • 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources fields, preferably in a fast-growing high-tech company, and in a global environment.
  • Experience leading and developing professionals in a combination of General HR, Talent Acquisition with a preference to global one and related disciplines.
  • Self-learner, passionate for the HR profession, data driven, constantly benchmark and bringing new knowledge.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • A creative, resourceful problem solver, excellent teamwork skills, proactive and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and with a wide range of personalities and skill sets.
  • Excellent English - Must.
