The Role

As Associate Legal Counsel you will join Moovit;s Finance Division, reporting to Moovit’s Legal Counsel. You will become a focal point as legal in-house for all of Moovit’s departments, including Sales, Operations, Product, HR and more. You will provide daily legal support to the company, while effectively using external consultation as necessary and get the opportunity to manage and monitor a wide variety of internal company affairs.

 

Responsibilities:

●  Serve as a key member of the legal team in support of a fast paced SaaS business.

●  Preparation, draft and negotiation of commercial agreements for all departments of the Company.

●  Advising on all legal aspects of the company’s business, including IP, privacy and data protection, media, employment and more.

●  Key contact and liaison with the company’s external firm in a variety of aspects.

●  Monitor and provide internal guidance on company-wide policies and procedures and other matters.

REQUIREMENTS

 ●  2 +years of professional experience in a hi-tech department at a large law-firm or hi-tech company.

●   Excellent legal drafting skills (English and Hebrew)

●   Highly organized, detail oriented, methodological.

●   Strong capabilities of work under pressure and ability to manage and prioritize diverse multiple projects

●   Strong interpersonal skills and service oriented

●   Ability to combine independent work with teamwork

●   English - Mother Tongue level: A must.
