IOTAS enables property developers to quickly install numerous smart devices by streamlining the set-up and deployment process. The Job

We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing, and results-oriented professional to join our expanding sales and marketing team as a Marketing Manager to oversee the promotion of IOTAS and our products.  

 

As a successful hire, you will be responsible for supporting lead generation efforts, creating sales collateral and other sales tools, organizing promotional events at trade shows and other venues, and coordinating marketing strategies and campaigns to increase the company’s visibility including online marketing and social media platforms.

 

You will help elevate our brand positioning by providing graphic design support on key marketing initiatives and owning specific marketing projects. Create assets for marketing campaigns, sales materials, educational resources and more in the digital and traditional channels. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

 

The primary duties of the Marketing Manager include:

 

Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.

Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.

Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.

Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.

Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.

Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.

Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.

Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity

Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.

Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.

Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.

Providing best practice property marketing suggestions and resources to our clients

Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

Evaluating and monitoring competitors

Handling social media, public relations efforts, and content marketing

Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing

Candidate Criteria

3 – 5 years of marketing management experience

Bachelor’s Degree 

Advanced communication skills

Demonstrated track record of success 

Experience developing, implementing, managing a marketing strategy from start to finish with measurement of success

Ability to quickly adapt to change

Experience conducting research to identify market needs and ability to deliver results

Ability to arrange and attend business meetings with partners and clients

Expertise using PR tools, analytic software, social media platforms, CRM and web-based conferencing 

Real Estate development industry experience a plus

Ensure brand consistency across an expanding content & collateral set

Revisit and redesign outdated content to adhere to brand guidelines 

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Sketch
