what3words is a global company located in West London’s creative hub. Our headquarters are near Portobello Road and a short walk from Westbourne Park and Royal Oak tube stations.

The Role:

We have a well-defined marketing strategy and need the right person to help us and refine our biddable approach. We are looking for someone who has extensive knowledge of paid search or paid social media and a head for numbers and data.

As the B2B Campaign Manager you will work right across our business, interacting mostly with Marketing, Growth and Business Development.

You will need to plan, set-up, execute and measure our digital B2B campaigns in global markets, making sure we’re optimising our spend and reach, complementing marketing and press activity, all the while capturing and feeding insights into future campaigns.

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-moving environment, to bring new ideas to the table and challenge us to improve our ways of working.

This role is key to increasing awareness of what3words around the World, driving inbound activity, while making sure we get the most from our investments and improving our methods.



  • Planning, executing and optimising all B2B Campaigns across global markets
  • Responsibility to drive best practice across these campaigns and the way we monitor, measure and learn from them
  • Work with Business Development, Growth and Marketing teams to identify and build new custom audiences / cohorts
  • Maximise value and impact of all biddable paid media activities
  • Review processes to improve speed and accuracy of setting up campaigns. Investigate and introduce automation where possible
  • Work with the rest of the Growth team to ensure best practice is shared and consistent
  • Planning and forecasting of new projects
  • Consistently hitting or exceeding targets
  • Contribute to the vision of the team and its dynamic, leading successful projects, delivered on time and with actionable results

You will have:

  • In-depth knowledge and expertise across social media and digital campaigning either in-house or with an agency
  • Experience with bid management tools and biddable platforms, specifically LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Knowledge of site analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Big Query
  • Worked in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment with a passion for staying at the forefront of your field
  • Strong project management skills and ability to maintain order despite many competing priorities and needs
  • Excellent written and data-communication skills being able to engage with senior stakeholders and be able to explain data and insight is concise and actionable terms
  • A passion for what3words and our mission to achieve a new global standard for addressing

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent (university of life counts, too)

  • Fluency in other languages would be an advantage
