About the Role

As a member of our System Integration team, your work has substantial influence not only on the quality of our product, but also on the productivity of our dev teams. Through close collaboration with stakeholders you gather test requirements and implement them in collaboration with application engineers and dev teams. Your work makes Swarm64's continuous delivery a reality and gives the team and company instant feedback when product quality can be improved. Responsibilities

  • Discover and identify bugs on product and system level
  • Help automate systems to ensure that we can keep quality targets
  • Help create end-to-end tests for user stories
  • Perform exploratory testing as needed
  • Work with the team to plan sprints and prioritize bugs and feature backlog
  • Shape our future testing and quality assurance strategy and direction

Requirements

  • You have scripting (preferably Python) language skills
  • Experience working with Linux
  • Plus, at least 3 years of QA/QC/Testing experience in testing complex software, particularly performance testing
  • You are a conscious team member and have personal accountability
  • You understand relational database systems concepts and their usage
