The Product Engagement team advocates for best practices and instructional impact in implementation, adoption, and long-term growth of our flagship product, Schoology.  You'll be on a collaborative team that's providing the highest quality of product support to clients and internal departments across the company. This is a great opportunity to help us drive implementation, adoption, and growth of Schoology.

As a Product Engagement Specialist, you will:

  • Support CSMs on client calls and behind the scenes to make recommendations around best practices for leveraging the product to achieve client goals and consult on challenging product configurations
  • Be a liaison between Client Success and Product Engineering, advocating for both client needs and internal training/resource needs
  • Help support change models for long-term planning and growth with our product
  • Keep abreast of educational trends and initiatives as it relates to both implementation and adoption/growth by research & attending conferences
  • Serve as a Product and Instructional SME for all client levels during multiple stages of adoption
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to further instructional impact with Schoology
  • Facilitate conversations surrounding product enhancements and roadmap planning
  • Organize internal training and communication around the instructional impact of product releases
  • Travel to client onsites to support with platform training and consulting

  • Have a strong knowledge of platform and processes
  • Thrive when working successfully on a highly collaborative team 
  • Have prior experience managing projects with cross-functional teams
  • Employ creative problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking. We need you to come up with inventive ways to drive efficiency while providing the support our clients need to be successful
  • Be both comfortable and confident with supporting small and large clients simultaneously
  • Have the ability to multi-task, adjusting quickly to changing priorities and negotiate multiple, concurrent client deliverables to ensure flawless execution in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Be accurate and pay attention to detail
  • Understand and employ various metrics and data when supporting clients and internal teams
