Senior Account Executive at Amenity Analytics

Amenity Analytics needs a Senior Account Executive. The SAE plays the most critical role in creating and acquiring new engagements with significant clients. Our ideal candidate has a voracious appetite and is obsessed with identifying new opportunities to increase ACV and decrease sales cycle. As a SAE, you will represent our company and interact with major clients. Ultimately, you are responsible for achieving sales quota and strategic account conversion targets.


    • Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve quarterly sales quotas and targets 
    • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales and through delivery and cash receipt as mentioned above
    • Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking and event attendance
    • Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales
    • Consult with prospects about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each.
    • Create Sales plan to ensure timely conversion and closure of opportunity
    • Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
    • Make presentations to senior managers and decision makers
    • Draft and deliver proposals
    • Work with technical staff and product specialists where required to address customer requirements
    • Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for company to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales
    • Report on sales activity weekly and monthly
    • Keep detailed notes on all prospect and customer interactions housed in Salesforce
    • Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periodsWork with delivery teams to proactively address problems
    • Work with marketing to leverage lead generation campaigns
    • Provide feedback to sales management on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company brand and reputation
    • Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings
    • Identify sales support requirements and work with sales ops to develop/improve sales tools
    • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
    • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity


    • Proven work experience as a Strategic or Senior or Key Account Manager in Financial Services and/or Fintech
    • 7-9 years of sales experience in B2B environment
    • Hands on experience with CRM software like Salesforce
    • Experienced working towards sales performance metrics and KPI’s related to quantity and quality of customer engagements
    • An ability to address customer requests in a timely manner
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
    • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitudeAvailability to travel as needed
