Account Manager at Fortumo

Now we're looking for an Account Manager to join us on our mission.


You'll be working alongside international and fun colleagues and founders at one of the most global technology companies in Estonia, supporting partners like Spotify, Gameloft, Kinguin, Schibsted and Tencent. Your day to day:

When joining our Account management team you will have the chance to be a part of something genuinely impactful. The role is focused on building and strengthening the relationships with our existing merchants and becoming the go-to person for them in the field of monetization. You will have a chance to build strong ownership and independence in your day-to-day work and take charge in developing the business we have with key partners by actively pursuing new opportunities and working closely with sales in on-boarding high profile clients and exploring their growth opportunities. You will work together with support, product, billing connectivity and engineering teams for new markets, products, compliance, and features that have an impact on merchant revenues and market positioning. We aim to build strong and long term partnerships with all of our clients and you would be the key person to pursue that in a team of experienced, passionate, supportive and fun people.



We really want you to:

have at least 3 years of experience in international b2b sales/bd/support/am roles (preferably in technology, payments, digital or gaming sector)

have sales experience in selling custom technical solutions or projects

be disciplined and hardworking, able to work independently and efficiently without close supervision

be a quick learner and enjoy work in a dynamic environment

have excellent communication skills and fluency in English and preferably another language

have experience in project management
