The Nexant Business Processing Technology team’s goal is to increase the efficiency, speed, and quality of application processing while providing an exceptional customer experience. We work to configure and maintain instances of Nexant’s iEnergy/DSM Central, which is used by our Data Specialists to process applications and provides a front end for consumers to apply for rebates. Additionally, we support the ancillary systems that are used by the Business Processing group. We process demand side energy efficiency applications helping consumers and businesses reduce their carbon footprint. We are seeking a Service Delivery Analyst (Analyst II) to manage incidents, provide change control, and test forms and systems in downtime for the DevOps department in Utility Services and Rebate Processing group in our Murray, UT office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

                    Test software and configuration releases to ensure no production downtime is the result of a release.

                    Provide feedback for the design and usability of forms and systems to ensure they are intuitive and align with user workflows.

                    Manage inbound incidents and routine system checks to ensure minimal production down time of systems and assured resiliency.

                    Oversee change control to ensure users and stakeholders are notified when new releases are rolling out.

                    Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

                    6 years of work experience, Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of work experience, or a combination of education and work experience in software testing, information technology, system administration, incident management, process management, or similar field.

                    Excellent communication skills with clients, contractors, and all levels of internal employees.

                    Must have strong understanding of logic, workflows, and troubleshooting.

                    Experience in managing incidents, writing RCAs, or ITIL are a plus.
