Director of Sales And Business Development at Polystream

We’re looking for our first Director of Sales & Business Development to drive customer engagement and acquisition in the games industry.

You’ll be the trusted link between our customers and partners in the video games industry, and our product team delivering our customers’ needs in cloud gaming. Being instinctively able to relate and collaborate, you’ll work with customers (developers, publishers, retailers and the platforms too), as well as our partners and influencers in the industry, to create the next chapter in gaming history.

We are looking for an exceptional and experienced sales & business development lead who can go out and listen to the industry, tell our story and bring back opportunities to convert into long-term revenue streams – as well as helping shape the future of who we are and how we power cloud gaming.

Fascinated by cloud computing, gaming, and streaming; you are always hungry to learn and share domain expertise. An excellent communicator, networker and brilliant at working with the most senior levels throughout the games industry to move discussions forward and convert opportunities into success.

Working alongside and reporting to the CCO, you will be key to the company’s growth and strategic vision, helping define and shape the future of Customer Growth and Customer Success functions in Polystream for Games.

-Previous experience (10 years+) in a sales or business development role in or related to the games industry; you’ll have great interpersonal skills and deep understanding of how the market works.

-Demonstrated ability to identify, source and develop opportunities and land new business in this space.

-Excited by the prospect of bringing new technology to the market and helping shape it’s value proposition and positioning.
