In this role, you will be supporting our marketing organization in a variety of activities including the creation of sales enablement content, demand generation and lead clean up, MARCOM, webinars, partner events, etc. Majority of the role will focus on demand generation and developing a process for lead clean up and passing the leads to sales. You will have a chance to work with our marcom, design, field marketing, and social media team members to support a variety of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities 

  • Working in Hubspot and Salesforce.com to develop qualified leads to hand-off to account managers
  • Working closely with Marketing to convert marketing-generated leads into prospective customers
  • Support OnScale's marketing team with any demand generating activities and drive leads
  • Assuring attendance of potential and existing customers at OnScale events such as trade shows, webinars, seminars, executive breakfasts, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, engineering, or related
  • 1-2 years of experience in hi-tech B2B industry is a MUST
  • Hands-on experience using Hubspot, Pardot or Marketo is a must
  • Hands-on experience using Asana for project management is a must
  • Experience with Salesforce.com (preferred)
