HR Manager at Adaptive Mobile

 The Role

The purpose of this role is to provide support to the business in all areas of HR Management including recruitment and selection; employee relations; performance management; training and development; compensation and benefits and HR administration. The HR Team is made up of 3 people, the HR Manager and two HR Generalists based in Hyderabad and Dublin.


The role reports to the CFO.


  • Align and drive the HR Strategy in line with business strategy.
  • Implement specific projects to support and communicate the business strategy as required.
  • Provide support to the HR team in managing recruitment e.g. advice & guidance, ensuring we continue to utilise various methods of sourcing e.g. Linked In, Website, Referrals, and Agencies.
  • Manage recruitment for senior positions within the business – liaising with Executive Management Team and supporting with the selection process.
  • Work with senior managers to create a high performing environment and the retention of key staff
  • Manage the Performance Management System
  • Work with Executive Management Team on reward strategy
  • Annual review of HR policies, updating where required.
  • Delivering HR Skills training to line managers when required.
  • Oversee and manage all employee relations cases, coaching HR team/ Managers where necessary.
  • Employee engagement – looking at new initiatives and developing existing schemes.
  • Presentation of monthly HR metrics
  • Ensure the HR team are effectively liaising with Payroll in relation to new hire salary details, salary increases, pension and other benefits.
  • Supporting employees on any HR issues or queries and facilitate necessary action to resolve matters in a timely manner.
  • Manage Health & Safety across the company
  • Review and manage staff Benefits for all staff locations
  • Assess training and development needs and ensure delivery of training programmes
  • Manage the HR Systems and budgets
  • Responsible for renewal of insurance policies
  • Arrange quarterly Staff Consultation Meeting
  • Ensure the company is HR compliant




Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Strong HR Business Partner experience in a multi-national environment
  • Qualified to Degree level or equivalent /CIPD qualification
  • Experience within the IT / Software industry strongly desirable.
  • Experience in managing employee relations 
  • Knowledge of Employment Law Legislation within Ireland, and EMEA desirable
  • Team Management / Team Lead experience required
  • Experienced in developing and supporting managers through change
  • Consistently act with discretion, confidentiality and diplomacy.
